Hiring Artist Assistant in Bozeman

This is will be a hybrid in-person/remote position starting as early as September 2024. Must live in Gallatin Valley with reliable transportation.

Part time, flexible hours. Pay DOE

Some of the tasks of this position will entail:

Online:

• Squarespace store management

  • Managing store Orders

  • Uploading images/product descriptions

  • Product sourcing

• Ordering prints, products and supplies

• Scheduling & calendar management

• Vendor and customer communications

• Editing and publishing content for email campaigns and social media

• Prepping proposals
  

In person:

• Packaging

• Shipping

• Art delivery/pickups

• Framing

• Varnishing

• Hanging Shows

• Canvas prepping

• Supplies shopping

• Photography/videography for social content
  
  + some personal assistant tasks (i.e. occasional errands, dog walking)
